Aygill Caverns is open for business again
Following some hydrological changes last year which resulted in the blocking of the upper part of Aygill Caverns, a team have been working through Spring/Summer to get the cave open again.
They have now finished work and Aygill Caverns can once again be descended.

A key message is to take additional care and observations as you descend the cave and consider carefully water levels, as the streamway may be more responsive than it once was.
We are extremely grateful to the team for their efforts to get this excellent cave back open again.
