More news on Fountains Fell

Effective immediately there are no closed seasons for any of the caves on the land of Neals Ing Farm (including Magnetometer Pot, Echo Pot and Fornagh Gill). For access to these caves please call in to Neals Ing (Mr Caton) on the day of your trip. Many thanks to Alan Speight for arranging this additional access. The website details for these caves have been updated. The caves across the wall to the east of this area (including Gingling Hole, Hammer Pot and Strangle Pot) are on the land of Rainscar House and permission should be sought there before your trip (see previous news item).
