New Leck Fell permit secretary

Andrew Farrow is now our Leck Fell permit secretary, taking over the role from Jim Sloane as of 22nd January 2015. Contact and access details for all Leck Fell caves have been updated to reflect this. Thank you to Jim, who has been doing the job for several years and must have invested several hundred hours of his time for the benefit of other cavers, and thank you to Andrew for stepping forward to take on the role.
