New contact for Penyghent permits

The new contact for permits for Penyghent Pot and Dale Head Pot is Sam Allshorn, (replacing Malcolm Hughes). Permits are available by email or post. Details on the website have been updated and an availability calendar for these two pots has been added for convenience. Efforts are ongoing to improve access for these caves.
