Hidden Earth, the UK's national caving conference, is back for 2023!!!
This follows a long period of dormancy during and in the years after the pandemic.
Click HERE for the event website (designed by our very own CNCC webmaster).
The event is at Portishead, near Bristol on the weekend of 15-17th September.
Those of you familiar with Hidden Earth will know the score. For those of you who have never been, this is a weekend-long celebration of caving, with on/near site camping (people usually arrive on Friday night), talks, a trade hall, photo and video displays, competitions, on-site (cheap) bar and conference dinner.
It would be great to see a strong contingent of northern cavers there.
Tickets look like they will be going on sale soon, and lecture submissions will go live soon if you would like to give a talk on any topic including recent explorations.
If you, your club, or your caving mates have never been to Hidden Earth before, why not make this year the first? We know the organisers have bust a gut to get the event back up and running again (despite challenges finding a suitable venue and new volunteers) so it would be great to support it and ensure it continues for many years to come.
You can follow Hidden Earth on all usual social medias (including this UKCaving thread) for news.
