No permission is required. Please be courtous to land owners and follow an reasonable requests they make. Park with respect and don't block gateways etc.
The landowner is Old Cotes in Arncliffe, however as the cave is on access land, no permission is required. Best approached via the public footpath from Arncliffe. There are several other Northern Caves listed pots in the same line of shakeholes (Epson Pot, Bogtrot Pot, Squash Pot, Halfpenny Pots, Nickle Pot and Penny Pot).
