No access restrictions and no prior permission required. The route description below covers the main route from Great Douk to Middle Washfold Cave. However, visitors wishing to learn more about simple aspects of cave formations, geology, cave life and the importance of conservation may wish to download the additional document 'Great Douk - A Guide to Hidden Gems' from our publications page.
