Please note that the following issue may affect access to The Mistral:

The Red Rose Cave and Pothole Club (RRCPC) are running an event open to all cavers. This will involve entrances to Ease Gill Caverns and surrounding caves being rigged for the duration. For entrances which are on our Online Booking System, we have closed them to bookings over this period. You are free to visit any of the caves, but we politely ask you to check-in with the team at Bull Pot Farm first, so they can keep track of who is underground and help distribute traffic. Please be flexible in your trip choice, and car-share.

No restrictions

No permission is required. Please be courtous to land owners and follow an reasonable requests they make. Park with respect and don't block gateways etc.

No prior permission needed if approaching from Bull Pot Farm. If approaching from Leck Fell call at Leck Fell House for permission (Mr. Alan Middleton). Parking here is usually permitted. Adhere to the country code and keep to defined path.
