Hazards and Warnings
Several fixed ropes and ladders are in place throughout the Ease Gill system. These are not monitored or inspected and are nothing to do with the CNCC. They should never be used. Always take your own ropes where they are required. Pippikin Pot in particular is often left rigged with abandoned ropes. They should NEVER be used.

Access
No restrictions
No permission is required. Please be courtous to land owners and follow an reasonable requests they make. Park with respect and don't block gateways etc.
No prior permission needed if approaching from Bull Pot Farm. If approaching from Leck Fell call at Leck Fell House for permission (Mr. Alan Middleton). Parking here is usually permitted. Adhere to the country code and keep to defined path.
