Access

The best place to park for Wizard's Chasm is on the road out of Langcliffe towards Malham Tarn, at the top of the hill just after a sharp left bend (SD 8303 6538). There is a small layby here, and other opportunities for offroad parking. Walk 100m back to the sharp bend and take the major Pennine Bridleway footpath heading uphill past some trees and then bearing east across the fell, passing Jubilee Cave on the right after 1km. A further 500m beyond Jubilee Cave, turn right off the footpath and away from the wall, onto a much more vague track. This can be followed, first through a gate in a wall after 500m, and then another wall 400m beyond. About 400m after the second wall, on the same vague track, the entrance is just a few metres to the right of the track. The entire route is open access land.
