This one day indoor workshop is aimed at cavers who are SRT competent, already have some basic SRT rescue experience ( see foundation rescue workshop notes ) and want to refresh and expand their skill set.

• Recap and progression on spare rope rescues 
• Recap working from the pitch head
• Recap on Lowering 
• Introduction to mid rope rescues
• Introduction to traverse rescues

Suitable for: SRT competent cavers who want to learn how to assist or rescue fellow cavers.

Format: A one day workshop, based indoors

Candidate pre requisite: SRT competent with some previous rescue knowledge. (i.e can do simple hauls and cut and lower rescues)
