This one day workshop is aimed at cavers who have some SRT experience and want a trip underground to refresh their skills with a patient friendly trainer on hand to provide guidance and encouragement to get their SRT skills back up to speed. 

Suitable for: Cavers with some SRT experience who want to refresh and consolidate their skills           

Format: A one day workshop. We will run through equipment set up and have a quick refresh of skills before setting off to a local cave (probably Sell Gill Holes). Here we will descend focusing on fine tuning SRT skills.

Candidate pre requisite: Some previous SRT experience required
