The Yorkshire Dales are blessed with some classic Pull Through trips.  This practical workshop looks at the skills and equipment required to navigate them in a way that reduces the risk and helps with a slicker more enjoyable trip.

Trainer: Helen Hooper

Format: Meeting in Ingleton carpark. 9.30am. From here the group will travel to the required location. 

Ideally a surface session will be spent looking at equipment and techniques before heading to a suitable cave to fully practice the skills in a real environment . 

This workshop is subject  to change in view of possible water levels on the day

This is not a workshop for a guided pull through trip and we will not will be visiting Swinsto or Simpsons Pot.

(You will need your own transport)

Suitable For: SRT competent cavers who have a basic knowledge of standard SRT rigging.

Joining instructions:  Meet 9.45am Outside the toilets in Ingleton main carpark (Next to the community centre).  Full Caving Kit, food and drink required.
