A one day underground workshop aimed at cavers who have some rigging experience and wish to refresh these skills whilst adding some more to the “Toolbox”  

This low ratio (2:1) workshop will allow you plenty of time to practice and hone your rigging skills underground. Cave will be chosen dependent on rigging experience of those attending and the weather, and the day's format allows plenty of one on one coaching time.

We will re-visit all aspects of rigging, from packing rope bags, different types of equipment used, various knots and even how to make your rigging “user friendly” - even for the shorter caver!

Suitable for: Cavers who are SRT COMPETENT and have some rigging experience who want to refresh these skills.

Joining instructions:  Meet 9.30am Outside the toilets in Ingleton main carpark (Next to the community centre).  Full Caving Kit, food and drink required. Transport required.
