SRT refresher workshop (1 Day Indoor)

• Is your SRT rusty ?
• Has your SRT been limited in recent years and you need a re cap ? 
• Have you been on other intro to SRT workshops/training and feel another opportunity is required before you head underground ?
• Are you recovering from injury or getting back up to fitness ?
• Are you keen to get back underground but unsure as to where you skill set is ?

If any of the above sound familiar then this workshop is for you.  Under the guidance of a trainer and using a  a more friendly and controlled environment rather than a cave, we will help you progress quicker, build more confidence and prepare you for that next underground trip.

Topics Covered

• SRT Kit set up (Particularly useful if you have just bought new kit)
• Descending and Ascending
• Rebelays and deviations
• “Problem solving” (Change overs etc.)
• Improving efficiency in prussicking 
• Moving along traverse lines
• A chance to try different equipment

Note this is NOT suitable for beginners with NO previous SRT experience.
