An opportunity to refresh and improve your  SRT skills on this 2 day workshop.

This workshop is for those cavers who are reasonable proficient in SRT and already have experience of simple pitches and now wish to expand their skill set.

• Full refresh of current skills
• Deviations
• Rebelays
• Knot passing
• Technical aid traverses 
• Problem solving
• Improvisation 
• Looking at additional kit options 

Day 1  Spent indoors  refreshing all aspects of SRT and looking to add more skills to the “Toolbox”

Day 2-  A trip underground to a suitable cave to practice further in a ”real” environment. 
 

Candidate pre requisite:  SRT experience required with the ability to ascend and descend ropes ( not re-belays  ) and are comfortable in a vertical cave environment.   Not suitable for those who have no  SRT experience
