This one day workshop is aimed at cavers who have some SRT experience and want a trip underground to refresh their skills with a patient friendly trainer on hand to provide guidance and encouragement to get their SRT skills back up to speed. 

Suitable for: Cavers with some SRT experience who want to refresh and consolidate their skills. This could include those who have just learnt SRT, as well as those who have not used their SRT skills for a while!           

Format: A one day workshop. We will run through equipment set up  before setting off to a local cave. Here we will descend focusing on fine tuning SRT skills.

Candidate pre requisite: Some previous SRT experience required
