SRT refresher / Self practice  workshop (1 Day Indoor)

• A chance to practice and refresh your existing SRT skills in an environment providing a wide variety of SRT situations. From simple pitches to complex rebelays and other technical ropework.
• SRT Kit set up (Particularly useful if you have just bought new kit)
• Descending and Ascending
• Rebelays and deviations
• “Problem solving” (Change overs etc.)
• Improving efficiency in prussicking 
• A chance to try different equipment

This day will be a relaxed one with a mixture of “structured teaching” and plenty of time for “free practice” in the excellent training facility at Yorkshire Dales Guides where we also be adding some other "interesting ropework. 

As we will be close to Christmas, some mulled wine and festive music will be present

Note this is NOT suitable for beginners with NO previous SRT experience.
