SRT refresher / Self practice  workshop (1 Day Indoor)

• A chance to practice and refresh your existing SRT skills in a relaxed environment 
• SRT Kit set up (Particularly useful if you have just bought new kit)
• Descending and Ascending
• Rebelays and deviations
• “Problem solving” (Change overs etc.)
• Improving efficiency in prussicking 
• A chance to try different equipment

This day will be a relaxed one with a mixture of “structured teaching” and time for “free practice”.

Note this is NOT suitable for beginners with NO previous SRT experience.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or transfer of workshops. However if you are unable to attend you are welcome to pass your place onto someone else.

To bring:      Food and drink (We have access to kettle and microwave)

                      Helmet and SRT Kit (We can provide SRT kits if required)

                      Gloves for ropework are helpful (good fitting gardener type gloves are ideal)
