Amongst a large box of documents handed to the CNCC Secretary in January 2018, we located records (agendas, minutes and reports) for every CNCC General Meeting back to the very first AGM on 9th May 1964, when the Council was only one year old. It's great to see that the original hand-written minutes and attendance register from this very first meeting have survived.
The documents have been scanned and uploaded to the CNCC website.
These documents make for fascinating reading, and nicely catalogue the work of the CNCC since our earliest days as a Regional Caving Council. They chart our efforts to obtain ever-increasing access and conservation for the caves in our region.
