Cave descriptions for Robinsons' Pot at Darnbrook and Hardrawkin Pot at Chapel-le-Dale have been added to the CNCC website.
Robinson's Pot is an excellent trip. Access is permit only due to the most unusual location underneath Darnbrook Farmhouse, but there are usually plenty of permits available. For details click here. MacColl's Rift is particularly impressive, and the main streamway has a couple of hundred metres of splendid and well decorated passage.
The route description for Hardrawkin accompanies the rigging guide for this clean short pothole.
These descriptions have both been submitted by volunteers. As with all our descriptions, they are peer reviewed and cross-referenced to improve their accuracy. Thank you to the two individuals who submitted these!
If you would like to submit a cave description to us for inclusion on the CNCC website click here. We would be delighted to hear from you.
